The infeed conveying system combines two thermoformer lines into one infeed for the case packer.
The product is accelerated into a single belt race track which orientates the product prior to being side shifted into a collation area. The delta robot gives the flexibility for product adjustment and the speed requirements for this machine.
Once the product is collated it is sideshifted in a side erected shelf ready RSC case, which then indexes to be glue closed.
